About Aaron Mahana
Aaron started his title career as partner and operator for a title company in Cherry Hill, NJ, managing 15 employees and overseeing all aspects of the business. From there he transitioned into a more corporate role as Sr. Director of Joint Ventures and Operations for Title Resource Group(TRG), the subsidiary title arm of Realogy, now Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Aaron oversaw the entire national joint venture division, consisting of five companies with 15 branches and approximately 50 employees spread across the U.S. Midwest and South. Aaron was focused on operational excellence and growth through achieving best in class service and strategic sales initiatives. Most recently, Aaron served as Director Joint Ventures and Affiliates Business for Boston National Title Agency where he took the lead in both creating, licensing, staffing and running title company joint ventures across several states.
